Working on a leaner, stronger stomach and core area? Try this…

While driving (because what else do you have to do other than day dream – which you can do at the same time.) Sit up straight and pull your abdominal muscles in toward your spine, do not hold your breath, breath normal, hold the contraction of these muscles in for as long as you can (work up to the time of one song on the radio) then release and relax for the equal amount of time (I like to try one song on, one song off – but this could depend on what type of music you listen to, don’t get all crazy and try to hold it for a song like – Free Bird by Lynyrd Skynyrd, ha,ha) Good LuckĀ  (and please don’t forget that we should be drinking (daily) 1/2 our body weight, in ounces, of pure, fresh water!)
